Job Spec: Monitoring and administering medication and intravenous infusions.

Assessing and planning nursing care requirements.

Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures

Able to perform Trachea, Peg Feed, Stoma/ileostomy care

Working with children /adults

Providing emotional support to patients and relatives

Working with learning disabilities/autism

Working with children and young people

Working with external agencies

Dealing with behaviour that challenges Working in a multi-professional environment

Ability to undertake unscheduled tasks and work under pressure

Salary: Up to £30 per hour
